"Delivery just didn’t add up"
I was really hoping for a smooth delivery, but it ended up being unreliable. The timing was all over the place and I was left wondering what was going on. Like, make it make sense.

"The colors were NOT what my brain prepared for"
I ordered a print thinking the colors were going to be this warm, cozy vibe like they looked on the site, and then it arrived and I was like... wait, who is this? The colors were definitely a bit different in person, not bad, just cooler than I expected and apparently I had built an entire emotional attachment to the website version. Shipping was totally fine though, and the print is still nice enough. Just not exactly what I pictured

"good prices for what you get"
i ordered from Aspen And Arlo and felt good about it. the price seemed fair and didn’t feel over the top like a lot of other places i’ve looked at.
the quality was actually a little better than i expected for what i paid. nothing looked cheap or thrown together, and everything showed up in good shape.
i’d probably order again if i needed more. it was just a solid deal overall, nothing complicated...

"Not really impressed"
Meh. The product itself was okay, nothing too exciting, but the service felt slow. Frustrating. I was hoping for a better overall experience.

"Not fair quality for the price"
I was disappointed with this. For the price, I expected something that felt a lot more durable, but the fabric felt cheap right away and the seams started coming loose faster than they should have. It just doesn’t feel right to charge this much for something that doesn’t hold up...

I ordered a gift from aspenandarlo.com for my sister and she ended up really liking it. i was kind of tired of browsing different sites and dealing with the usual checkout/service stuff, so I appreciated that this was straightforward. My order showed up on time, which I appreciated, and at first I was like, okay, great, no issues. Then I saw the box was dented on one side and there was barely any padding inside, and suddenly I was way less impressed.
Luckily nothing was damaged, so I can’t complain too much. But for the price, I expected the packaging to feel a bit more secure. Not a disaster or anything, just something they should probably improve.

"Pretty much matched the photos"
I stared at the photos way too many times before ordering, what showed up was close. The color looked almost the same in person, maybe just a little darker than it looked on my screen, but not in a bad way.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because one small detail looked a bit different when I saw it up close. Nothing that really bothered me, though. Overall, I’d say the photos were fair and gave me a good idea of what to expect.

I do like the way this looks, and the style is what made me want to keep it. That said, I wasn’t totally sure about the craftsmanship when I got it. A couple of the edges felt a little rough, and one part didn’t line up quite right, which made me second-guess the quality a bit. It’s not bad, and I’m still using it, but for the price I guess I was hoping it would feel a little more polished. Shipping was fine, so no issue there, I just wish the overall finish had been a bit better.
